- Tour price:
Tour prices are quoted according to the season of travel, program inclusions, and hotel / cruise category.

-Tour price does not include:
The tour price does not include international and / or domestic airfares, airport taxes, cost of entry visas and / or any travel document, meals not included in the tour package, beverages, and any other item of a personal nature that are not shown in the itinerary presented to you.

- Children policy:
Children till 6 years old are free of charge Children from 6 to 12 years old will be charge with 50% of an adult rate Children over 12 years old will be charge as an adult person.

- Deposit:
50% of total bill must be paid upon confirmation of reservation, through bank transfer to our account or through Western Union. FGT's representative will collect the rest of total bill in cash in USD, Euro or Sterling Pound upon arrival to Egypt.

- Cancellation and cancellation fees:
All cancellations must be made in writing to us prior to your arrival date. Cancellation after the release day will be subject to cancellation fees according to the hotel policy. Same day cancellation or no show will result full stay charge.

- Passport, travel documents:
Passengers are responsible in ensuring that they are in possession of the correct travel documents upon departure and they have met all health requirements. Please check with the nearest consulate office for information concerning travel visas before you travel and if you are required to obtain this or any other document in advance. It is your responsibility to verify your necessary travel documents. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE.

- Baggage:
Porte rage for one suitcase is included in the tour price. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to baggage or any of the passengers belongings. Baggage insurance is recommended.

- Tour delay:
Roaming Egypt Travel is not responsible for travel delays prior to departure or during your tour that are brought about by technical difficulties, strikes, bad weather, or any means beyond our control. Some times weather or Nile River traffic delays can alter the tour itinerary. These alterations do not constitute a refund.

- Unused services during the tour:
No refund will be issued to you for any unused services, included in your tour. Changing hotels or cruise accommodations: we reserve the right to switch hotel / cruise accommodation at any time, but ensure the switch will be made to the same category of hotel / cruise available at that time.

- Tour responsibility:
We will make every effort to ensure that all travel arrangements and services, connected with the tour, will be carried out as specified. However, in some instances we do not have direct control over the provision of services by suppliers and we do not accept liability for errors and omissions of such suppliers.

- Special requests:
Please specify any special requests you may have at the time of your booking. We will make every effort to satisfy your needs.
